Hubby's birthday

So. It was my husband's birthday last Saturday. He's been reminding me about his birthday but at the same time telling me he doesn't want or need anything. LOL. But of course I can't just do nothing on his special day kan? I have to admit though, planning something for him is very difficult because we're together all the time. Thank God on Fridays my lunch hour is a bit longer so I decided to go to KLCC to get his presents. I've decided to get him 3 things, 1 present to represent 10 years... Yes, he's 30! Haha. 

I know LEGO should be in the list because he's crazy about it. So I've already decided that way before everything else. I decided to get him LEGO Movie Bad cop/God cop set because it has gotten good reviews on it. 

For the second gift, I got him a shirt. Because I like it when he looks good :P

The third one is a fun one... something I've always wanted to do. I made him 10 coupons that he can use... with expiry dates. For example: A movie of his choice etc. etc. 

And finally, a birthday card. 

I wrapped and put everything in a nice paper bag and brought it home. He did ask what I was carrying but then I told him "Adalah...". My husband is the kind of person yang takkan tanya lebih (which sometimes annoy me). So, when we got home I placed the paperbag on his side of the bed and still he didn't ask me anything. He just lied down next to the paperbag and we talked until midnight. That's when I wished him and gave him the paperbag :) 

I hope you like all my presents dear. Sorry I did not get you a cake. I had some problems with my debit card and didn't have enough time to buy you a cake! Next time ok?

I also would like to say thank you to my friend Z for getting my husband his LEGO sets all the way from UK! He is super excited and appreciates it a lot! We'll treat you lunch/dinner when you get back ok :)

Hey hey. I haven't written in such a looooong time. I am pretty sure I have no more readers here. Oh well, people use instagram more these days anyway (including me). I can't believe it is already August. The year 2020 has been so confusing for me mostly because of the pandemic that's still going on. Lost privilege

Since the day you made it clear that we are no longer good friends, I no longer feel the need to empathise with you, no longer need to understand your 'situation'. As far as I am concerned, everything is professional from that day forward. So, I wish you would stop with the "sorry I'm so inadequate..." because to be honest, it is getting annoying and a bit tiring. I am not trying to be mean, I really am not. I'm just trying to do my work and not get involved with anything personal anymore.
